Common questions

My session broke. If you leave the app for more than a few seconds during a session, the candle melts and the session ends. Just leave the phone beside you with the screen off.
My progress disappeared. Progress is stored on your device; deleting the app also deletes local data. Cloud backup is coming later.
I want to turn off sound/notifications. You can toggle ambient sounds and daily reminders from the Settings menu.
Can I change my character? Yes — edit the look (gender, skin, hair) anytime from the Character tab.
