By using FocusVille you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

FocusVille is a productivity/game app that supports focusing and building healthy work habits. It is not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment tool.

2. Use

You will use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or disrupt the service.

3. Virtual items

In-app items such as coins, outfits, décor and pets have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred outside the app.

4. Subscriptions (if offered)

The app may later offer an optional membership. When purchased:

• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via the app or this page.
